90-Day Pilot Program
A disciplined leadership and entrepreneurship program designed to teach young people how to think critically, decide clearly, challenge assumptions, and build responsibly in real-world contexts.
Designed primarily for students ages 15–20, with limited inclusion of early college students when aligned with program objectives.

Why We Begin with a Pilot
Leadership education is most effective when it is introduced thoughtfully, evaluated honestly, and refined deliberately.
Rather than scaling quickly, Washington Consortium begins with focused pilot programs that allow schools, educators, and students to experience the model in a structured and manageable way—without compromising quality or intent.
-
Clear expectations for schools and students
-
Consistent delivery and meaningful learning outcomes
-
Honest evaluation and continuous refinement
-
Responsible growth without dilution
This discipline is intentional. It protects both students and partner schools.

How Students Are Selected
Participation in the pilot program is selective by design.

-
Selection based on mindset, not academic performance
-
Cohort size limited to 10–15 students
-
Designed to foster depth, dialogue, and individual growth
